- Lauren Bradley is a law clerk and aspiring lawyer from Brewton, AL. She has personal and professional connections to the Black Lives Matter Movement. At the peak of the movement, she was working in the Mayor’s office in Birmingham, AL in the Office of Social Justice and Civil Rights. She remembers her office participating in a protest that was happening outside. She has a deep understanding of the legislation and political arm of the movement that is not expounded upon in the first part of this interview. Within this section, the interviewer asked questions about the narrator's background and established a foreground for her answers to the questions related to the BLM movement.
